I am here...I have joined, but I do not have anything I can share yet! But Memorial Day is just around the corner! Its time to head to the market and pick out some pork ribs...Cut them down, break out the Mustard and slather those suckers!!!! Then coat generously with some of Ray's Rub (my own)....And let them sit overnight.

I've got chicken wings and legs. Teriyaki/pineapple marinade, lemon pepper/lime marinade, some just sauced with some bottled stuff I have from Buffalo Wild Wings. I've got pork shoulder cut to chunks for kabobs in a the pineapple./teriyaki marinade as well. Flanken-style beef short ribs in Korean marinade. Pork ribs slow cooking in Chinese 5-spice rub and gonna finish on the grill. Gonna sauté onions and baby portabellos. Watermelon, homemade guac. Homemade limeade.
