What makes you want to cook? In my first blog post I shared a bit about my passion for food. Do you cook for passion? Do you get creative just to avoid the dull repetition of some meals? Do you have to get creative or your kids won't eat it?

For me is the engineer and the poet in me colliding.
I love to know how stuff works. I don't mind spending four hours in an afternoon to create something beautiful... especially if I learn along the way. It really is about the journey... and it is bonus if my wife or friends like what I have created.
I like it less and less the more pressure is on it. I kinda like making something fun for a friend. I don't like making meals when I am hungry. I would hate being a chef and making stuff for a living.
Cooking, creating, experimenting... it is my playground. I want to keep it that way.
I am inspired every time I see my wife and my kids so full and happy with the dishes I cooked. I just love serving them ;)
